SIZING
Please click the "What's my size?" button on the listing page to find your size.
Different brands have different sizes. Make sure to measure your bust size before placing an order.
Our binders are divided into 3 collections---Classic, Transversal and Suave (daily bras) with different size charts. Please choose the right size chart according to the product collection. (We have included a size recommender on each product page, so you can find it faster)
We try to keep sizing simple. The best way to find the correct binder size is with your bust measurement. This is under your arms, around the fullest part of your bust. Be sure to take binder measurements either topless or over a snug-fitting shirt.
If your bust size falls between two sizes, we'd recommend you to choose the larger size, and if your height is taller than 5'6, we also recommend you to choose one size larger.
- Do not intentionally go down in size; you will not be able to put the binder on.
- Binders are meant to be tight, like a second skin. You should be able to breath and the material should not be cutting into your skin.
- When getting into a binder, be sure that your body and the garment are completely dry.
- Try not to bind for more than 8-10 hours at a time. After removing the binder, cough a few times to loosen any fluid that has built up in the lungs, and take some deep breaths.
