We share a 14-day-after-delivery return or exchange policy only once for customers from all over the world, provided that items are returned new, unused, with original packaging and tags.

The shipping fee in the order is non-refundable (We will deduct the standard shipping fee from the order with free shipping and refund the rest.)

We are not responsible for any return shipping fees, taxes, or duties.

Email us at info@unicmi.co with your order number and reason for return within 14 days after delivery is confirmed on the tracking website. Our team will follow up on your case with details about the return address.

Please find a trackable mail service and ship your package to the address we provided and send us the tracking number or link. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. We are not responsible for any return shipping fees, taxes, or duties.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. It may take 7 to 10 business days for a refund to reach you.
